An obvious choice is to place one or more at each of your customer sites. Other tag locations could be depots, warehouses, offices, in vehicles, etc. Your employee simply touches the tag with their phone and you instantly know where they are. If you want to be sure that the customer has seen the work done, give them a keyfob tag so they can touch the workers phone with it to "sign" - they could even choose a quality level too…... Simple data capture But the tag isn't just a "time-stamp machine". It can also be aware of its context - a Door tag, or a Customer tag, or a Vehicle tag, whatever you decide, and then present the worker with context-sensitive options.
